Job Duties:
Candidate will monitor the progress of TSA procurement activities and record information in the PMISS QA Database and associated Federal acquisition data systems.  Tasks include:      

• Monitor the TSA25 outbox in CIMS (Acquisition Contract Writing software – Oracle Based) for newly created purchase requests (PRs).
• Route PRs to the appropriate Office of Acquisition Division Director whose division supports the TSA Program Office initiating the action.
• Notify the PMISS QA personnel of PRs not properly received in the TSA25 outbox.
• Enter and/or update the PR information in the PMISS QA database.
• Monitor the TSA-ACQ-Awards electronic mailbox for award distributions.
• Verify awards processed in CIMS have been properly released(obligated).
• Notify PMISS QA personnel of awards not properly released or distributed
• Enter and/or update the award distribution information in the PMISS QA database.
• Enter and/or update invoice certification information in the CO/COTR listing (Microsoft Excel) workbook, as required.
• Enter initial contract registration information into the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), as required.
• Coordinate daily task activities with PMISS QA personnel.

Experience Requirements:

• Public Trust Security Clearance
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office 2007 – especially strong experience with spreadsheets (Excel) and databases and internet research

• Experience with quickly and efficiently performing data entry with high attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize work tasks and develop process flows
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially phone skills – position will require contacting numerous individuals via telephone to validate various background information and data points
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities
• Ability to pass an extensive background investigation check based upon fingerprint processing

Required Education:

• High school diploma and 1 year of work experience required
