Mark Robin – Chief Executive Officer and Principal
Mark Robin co-founded Corbin in 2001 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for operational and administrative elements of the company. He has 30 years of leadership experience in the government contracting industry. Prior to Corbin, Mr. Robin served in executive positions for publicly held companies and provided thought leadership as a consultant to Fortune 100 firms. Mr. Robin holds a law degree from George Washington University.
Tom Corridon – President and Principal ![]()
Tom Corridon co-founded Corbin in 2001. He serves as President and provides subject matter expertise and guidance in the disciplines of human capital management, financial and accounting systems, resource management, strategic planning, and organization improvement initiatives. He has more than 30 years of public and private sector experience in information systems development and implementation. Mr. Corridon currently provides senior level support in solution engineering for several major engagements. Mr. Corridon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
Scott Moore – Technical Services Division Manager and Vice President ![]()
Scott Moore leads the Technical Services Division at Corbin. Mr. Moore currently supports the U.S. Army Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD). He previously provided programmatic support for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s MASINT program, covering the full range of operations including planning, programming, and budgeting requirements. Mr. Moore has more than 27 years of executive and program management operational experience supporting tactical and strategic engagements for the U.S. Army and DoD Intelligence clients.
Chris Whitty, PMP – Talent Manager and Vice President
Chris Whitty is Corbin’s Talent Manager and is responsible for all aspects of personnel management. He leads internal and external initiatives aimed at growing, developing, and retaining Corbin talent. Mr. Whitty began his human resources career in the U.S. Army, and served in various positions in both public and private sector organizations.
Cheryl Reutemann – Quality Manager and Assistant Vice President
Cheryl Reutemann, as the Quality Manager, works with the entire Corbin organization on process improvement, quality, and the company’s progress toward CMMI® attainment. She is also Corbin’s Contract Administrator and the Corporate Facility Security Officer. Ms. Reutemann has more than 25 years of human resources management experience as a practitioner and consultant. Prior to joining Corbin, Ms. Reutemann was a human resources practitioner in the areas of compensation, HR administration, statistical reporting, and HR training. Ms. Reutemann earned a Bachelors of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
